The Sam and Sophie stories, characters and related creative materials form part of the Mango & Marmalade Stories brand.
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in individual books, illustrations and creative works may be owned by York Arthur Baldwin, Mango and Marmalade Stories Ltd, another relevant creator or rights holder, or may have been assigned or licensed to Mango and Marmalade Stories Ltd.
Nothing on our websites grants a licence to reproduce, adapt, merchandise or commercially exploit these works unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Where a particular book or creative work contains its own copyright notice, the ownership stated in that work will apply to that work.
